Photos and 5-second videos, at one flat rate: a photo is 5 credits and a video is 30 credits, on every plan. What changes between plans is what the credits cost you — down to 2.5¢ a photo and 15¢ a video on annual VIP. Generations that fail or are declined by content moderation don't consume credits.

Day by day: your monthly allowance drips in as equal daily portions, and the first portions land the moment your payment clears — the first three days’ worth arrive right away. Annual plans are one upfront payment for the year, but the credits still drip in daily — never as a single upfront pile. Pack credits are added in full the moment the payment clears; trial credits arrive as 25 credits on each of its two days.

Yes. While your plan is active, nothing expires: unused plan credits roll over with no cap — on Basic, Premium, and VIP alike — and pack credits don’t expire either. Credits are only forfeited when your plan ends without a next plan lined up (see “What happens when my plan ends?”).

It simply ends — there's no auto-renewal, so there's never a surprise charge. To keep going without losing anything, buy your next plan (the same one or a smaller one) in advance, any time before the current one runs out: you pay now, it starts automatically the moment the current term ends, and your whole credit balance carries over. If the paid period ends with no next plan, all unused credits (plan, pack, and bonus alike) are forfeited, and your generated content may be permanently deleted, so download anything you want to keep first. Any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you buy the new plan at a discount equal to the undelivered part of your current one — the price you paid times the share of its credits that haven’t dripped in yet — and it starts dripping today, for its full term, with your accumulated balance intact. Annual plans upgrade only to annual plans; monthly plans to monthly or annual. To move down (or stay on the same plan), buy it in advance: you pay now, it starts automatically when your current term ends, and nothing is lost in between. One thing to know: after an upgrade, the purchase it closed can no longer be refunded — its remaining value has already been applied as your discount.

Yes — with one thing to know: the contractual refund closes your account immediately. Any plan purchase can be refunded in full within 24 hours of the charge if you've spent no more than 20% of its first month's credits. A purchase closed by an upgrade can't be refunded — its remaining value already became your upgrade discount. A pre-purchased next plan is the exception: cancel it any time before it starts for a full refund, account untouched. Statutory consumer rights (for example the UK/EU 14-day withdrawal right) apply on top and are never conditioned on closing your account — the Refund & Cancellation Policy spells everything out.
