Photos and 5-second videos use one flat catalog rate: a photo is 5 credits and a video is 30 credits. What changes between plans is the price of those credits. Generations that fail or are declined by content moderation don't consume credits.

All at once, month by month: the whole monthly allowance lands in your account the moment payment clears. An annual plan is one upfront payment for twelve subscription months — each month's allowance lands in full on the day that month starts, counted from your purchase date. Pack credits are added in full when payment clears. Trial credits arrive as 25 on day 1 and 25 on day 2.

Yes. While your plan is active, unused plan credits roll over with no cap on Basic, VIP, Premium, and pack credits don't expire either. Credits are forfeited only when your plan ends without a next plan lined up.

It simply ends — there's no auto-renewal, so there's never a surprise charge. To keep going without losing anything, buy your next term of the same plan in advance, any time before the current one runs out: you pay now, it starts automatically the moment the current term ends, and your whole credit balance carries over. If the paid period ends with no next plan, all unused credits (plan, pack, and bonus alike) are forfeited, and your generated content may be permanently deleted, so download anything you want to keep first. Up, any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you buy the new plan at its full catalog price, your current plan closes that moment, and the new one starts right away for its full term with its first month of credits added at once. Nothing you paid for is lost: your credit balance stays, and every month of the closed plan that hadn’t started yet carries over — its credits land in full at the start of the matching month of the new plan, on top of the new plan’s own. Annual plans upgrade only to annual plans; monthly plans to monthly or annual; a monthly plan can also move to the annual version of the same tier. Plans never move down a tier — not now and not for later; to stay on the same plan, buy your next term in advance. One thing to know: after an upgrade, the purchase it closed can no longer be refunded — what it still owed you has been carried into the new plan.

Yes — with one thing to know: the contractual refund closes your account immediately. Any plan purchase can be refunded in full within 24 hours of the charge if you've spent no more than 20% of its first month's credits. A purchase closed by an upgrade can't be refunded — its balance and unstarted months were carried into the new plan. A pre-purchased next plan is the exception: cancel it any time before it starts for a full refund, account untouched. Statutory consumer rights (for example the UK/EU 14-day withdrawal right) apply on top and are never conditioned on closing your account — the Refund & Cancellation Policy spells everything out.
