This policy explains how Marydan Vision LTD (“HoneyDolly”, “we”) moderates content on https://honeydolly.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service. What is prohibited is defined in the Prohibited Content Policy; this document describes how the rules are enforced.
1. Scope
Moderation applies to all content on the Service: text prompts and character configurations submitted by users, AI-generated outputs, account names, and account behaviour — including private, unshared generations.
2. How moderation works
We operate both pre-screening (before content exists or is shown) and post-screening (after generation):
- Input screening. Every prompt and character configuration is checked by automated systems before a generation job runs. Requests that violate the Prohibited Content Policy are refused.
- Output screening. Generated images are checked by automated classifiers before being shown to the user. Outputs that violate policy are blocked even when the prompt appeared benign.
- Ongoing monitoring. We audit generation patterns, repeated attempts, and trending prompts to detect evasion and emerging abuse.
- Human review. Trained moderators review content that is flagged by automated systems, reported by users, or escalated. Staff access only flagged, reported, or escalated content — routine access to private content is not permitted.
- User reports. Anyone can report content (see Section 5).
Automated filters may err on the side of caution and occasionally refuse legitimate requests; declined generations of this kind can be appealed (Section 6) and do not indicate wrongdoing.
3. Enforcement actions
Depending on severity and history, we may: refuse a generation; remove content; issue a warning; restrict features; suspend the account; or permanently terminate the account. Violations involving minors, real-person sexual content, non-consensual imagery, or trafficking result in immediate permanent termination.
We retain records of serious violations as needed to comply with law, support investigations, and prevent banned users from returning.
4. Reporting to authorities
We report child sexual abuse material and credible attempts to create it to NCMEC, the IWF, and/or law enforcement, and we cooperate with valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, warrants). Where the law obliges or permits, other illegal content is likewise escalated to the competent authorities.
5. Reporting content
Anyone — account holder or not — may report content by emailing support@honeydolly.com with a link or description of the content and the reason for the report. Reports are handled under the Complaint Policy: acknowledgment within 24 hours, resolution within 7 calendar days. Reports involving minors or imminent real-world harm are acted on immediately, without waiting for that window. Reporter identity is kept confidential from the reported user.
6. Appeals
If your content was removed or your generation refused and you believe the decision was wrong, you may appeal via support@honeydolly.com (subject: “Moderation Appeal”). Appeals are reviewed by a person not involved in the original decision. Outcomes — upheld, reversed, or modified — are communicated to you within 7 calendar days. Account terminations may be appealed the same way.
7. No liability for moderation
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for refusing, removing, or restricting content in good-faith application of this policy, and enforcement actions do not give rise to refunds (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
