This policy defines content that must never be created, requested, or attempted on https://honeydolly.com. It is issued by Marydan Vision LTD and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything on the Service — including private generations and unsaved drafts. There is no “it was just for me” or “it’s clearly fictional” exception.
All content on the Service is AI-generated and the Service accepts no uploads of real photographs or media. Lawful adult content between fictional adult characters is what the Service exists for. The following is prohibited without exception.
1. Minors — zero tolerance
Any sexual or suggestive depiction of a person under 18 is strictly prohibited. This includes:
- characters who appear to be, or could reasonably be interpreted as, under 18 — regardless of any stated age, including childlike body proportions, features, clothing, or settings;
- coded or indirect cues: “barely legal”, “about to turn 18”, school or child-associated contexts, age-play presenting an adult as a minor, and drawn/stylised equivalents (“loli”/“shota”);
- any attempt to elicit such content, whether or not the attempt succeeds.
Attempts are treated as violations in themselves. Confirmed child sexual abuse material and credible attempts to create it are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and/or law enforcement, together with the account records the law permits us to disclose, and result in immediate permanent termination.
2. Real people
The Service is for fictional characters only. It is prohibited to create or attempt to create:
- content depicting or intended to resemble any identifiable real person — public figures, celebrities, influencers, private individuals, or recently deceased persons — with or without sexual context, unless we have received documented, legally valid consent from that person;
- non-consensual intimate imagery (“deepfakes”) of any real person — zero tolerance;
- impersonation of any real person or organisation.
Unintentional resemblance can occur with generative models; anyone who believes content resembles them can have it removed under our Content Removal Policy.
3. Non-consensual sexual content
Content that presents lack of consent as the point of the depiction is prohibited, including: rape or coerced sexual activity; sexual violence; incapacitation (drugging, unconsciousness) in sexual contexts; kidnapping or captivity with sexual intent; and the eroticised removal of a person’s agency (e.g. hypnosis or “mind control” framed as overriding consent).
4. Other absolutely prohibited content
- Bestiality: sexual content involving animals or realistic animal characters.
- Incest, including implied family relationships communicated through labels, captions, or context.
- Necrophilia; sexual content involving corpses.
- Extreme obscenity: scat, urine, or vomit in sexual contexts; sexualised extreme injury or gore.
- Violence and harm: torture, graphic violence, or content glorifying or instructing real-world violence; promotion or encouragement of suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
- Trafficking and exploitation: any depiction, promotion, or facilitation of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or commercial sexual services (see the Anti-Trafficking Statement).
- Hate: content attacking or demeaning people on the basis of protected characteristics.
- Terrorism and extremism: propaganda, glorification, or instructional content.
- Illegal activity: instructions or facilitation of crime, including drug manufacture and weapons construction.
- Infringing content: content that violates third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, including characters owned by third parties.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to bypass moderation — obfuscated wording, code words, non-English phrasing, encodings, prompt-injection, or repeated near-duplicate attempts. An evasion attempt is treated as the violation it tries to conceal, plus a separate breach.
- Removing or tampering with watermarks, metadata, or provenance signals identifying content as AI-generated.
- Misrepresenting AI-generated content as real when sharing it outside the Service.
- Scraping, automated access, security probing, or reselling access.
- Knowingly false abuse reports.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for your use of generated content outside the Service, including compliance with any laws in your jurisdiction that regulate or require labelling of AI-generated or adult content.
7. Enforcement
Violations are enforced as described in the Content Moderation Policy: blocked generations, content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination — escalating with severity, and immediate for Section 1–3 violations. Illegal content is reported to the relevant authorities. No refund is due for enforcement actions, to the extent permitted by law. Moderation decisions can be appealed under the Complaint Policy.
