This policy explains how anyone can request the removal of content from https://honeydolly.com. It is issued by Marydan Vision LTD and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Background
All content on the Service is generated exclusively by artificial intelligence. The Service does not allow uploads of photographs or other media of real people, and generating content intended to resemble a real person is prohibited. Any similarity between AI-generated content and an actual person is unintentional and purely coincidental. Nevertheless, we will remove content that depicts or resembles a real person upon request, as set out below.
2. Who can request removal
- Any person who believes that content on the Service depicts or resembles them.
- An authorised representative (legal guardian, counsel, or agent) acting for such a person.
- Anyone, with or without an account, who believes content is illegal or violates our Prohibited Content Policy.
3. How to request removal
Email support@honeydolly.com with the subject “Content Removal Request” and include:
- a link to, or precise description of, the content;
- the reason for removal (e.g. depicts me / depicts a person I represent / illegal content / policy violation);
- your name and contact details;
- for likeness claims: enough information for us to assess the resemblance, and — where reasonably necessary — evidence of your identity or your authority to act for the person depicted. We do not require a court filing or legal action for clear likeness cases.
4. What happens next
- We acknowledge your request within 24 hours with a reference number.
- We review and resolve the request within 7 calendar days of receipt.
- Content assessed as illegal is removed immediately upon identification, ahead of the full review.
- If the request is confirmed, the content is removed and, where appropriate, measures are applied to prevent regeneration. If it is declined, we explain why and how to appeal (see the Complaint Policy — appeals are reviewed by a person not involved in the original decision).
- We communicate the outcome to you at the contact you provided.
5. Confidentiality
Removal requests are handled confidentially. We do not disclose the requester’s identity to the account holder whose content is affected, except where disclosure is required by law.
6. Abuse of this process
Knowingly false removal requests are a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in the loss of access to this process and, for account holders, account action.
