This policy describes how purchases on https://honeydolly.com are fulfilled, cancelled, and refunded. It is issued by Marydan Vision LTD (company number 16855640, Medius House, 2 Sheraton Street, London, England, W1F 8BH) and forms part of our Terms of Service. Contact: support@honeydolly.com.
1. What we sell and how it is delivered
We sell digital services:
- Subscription plans — access to the Service for a prepaid term, on trial, monthly, or annual (multi-month) tiers. Every plan purchase is a single one-time charge for the chosen term: plans do not renew automatically, and we take no recurring payments. Every non-trial plan includes the monthly Credit allowance displayed at purchase, which accrues in equal daily portions over each subscription month, starting as soon as payment is confirmed; the first three days’ portions are granted immediately at purchase. A trial’s price, total Credit allowance, capabilities, and two-day delivery split are the current catalog terms displayed at purchase and captured for that order. On annual and other multi-month plans, the full plan price is charged once, immediately at purchase, and the Credits still accrue daily — never for the whole term upfront. Access unlocks as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Credit packs — one-time top-ups of Credits (a prepaid allowance for on-demand generation services). Packs can be purchased only while you hold an active subscription whose purchased terms include pack access, at the catalog price displayed at the time of purchase. Pack Credits are added to your account in full as soon as payment is confirmed.
Every new order uses the current catalog price and product terms displayed at checkout. Once created, that order keeps its price, currency, discounts, and product terms and is not repriced later.
The payment invoice for an order is valid for 24 hours. After it expires, it can no longer be opened or restored through our payment interface. Retrying creates a new order at the catalog price and terms then displayed. If a payment provider later confirms an expired invoice, we deliver the linked purchase no more than once and only where it remains deliverable under the account and purchased product terms. A payment is returned in full without delivery where another linked attempt was already fulfilled, the account has closed, pack access has lapsed, or a trial is no longer eligible.
While your subscription remains active, unused subscription Credits roll over between billing periods, and purchased pack Credits do not expire. What happens to Credits when your subscription ends is described in Section 2.
2. When a subscription or account ends
- Because nothing renews automatically, every plan is a one-time purchase that simply ends when its paid term expires, with no further charge. To keep using paid features, you purchase a new term.
- You can buy your next plan in advance. While your subscription is active, you can purchase one plan of the same or a lower price at any time: it is paid for immediately and starts automatically the moment your current term ends, so the subscription does not “end” at the changeover — access and all Credits (subscription and pack) carry over, and nothing is forfeited. You can hold at most one plan bought in advance, and you can cancel it for a full refund at any time before its term starts — this does not close your account; once its term has started, the ordinary rules of this policy apply to it. A trial cannot be bought in advance.
- When your subscription ends because its paid term expires without a further purchase (made then or in advance), all unused Credits are forfeited — subscription, pack, bonus, and free Credits alike — and your generated content and associated stored data may be permanently and irreversibly deleted. Forfeited Credits and deleted content are not restored and are not compensated or refunded. Keep your own copies of anything you want to preserve (see the Privacy Policy on retention).
- Ordinary account deletion is separate from “Refund & close account”. Deleting your account ends access, forfeits all Credits, and removes stored content immediately and irreversibly, but does not itself generate a refund. The account record is permanently deleted after 30 days; limited financial, payment, refund, dispute, audit, and abuse-prevention records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Changing plans (upgrades and downgrades)
- Upgrades take effect immediately, as a discounted new purchase. The new plan is purchased as a new one-time charge at a price reduced by the undelivered part of your current plan — the price you paid multiplied by the share of its Credits that have not yet accrued. The new plan runs its full term, its Credits begin accruing daily from the purchase, and your accumulated Credit balance is kept. An annual plan can be upgraded only to another annual plan; a monthly plan — to a monthly or an annual plan; a trial — to a monthly or an annual plan (a trial provides no upgrade discount). An upgrade never produces a monetary refund.
- Under our contractual product policy, the purchase closed by an upgrade is not refundable. Its remaining value has already been applied as the discount on the new purchase. The upgrade purchase itself remains refundable within the 24-hour window (Section 4); the closed plan is not restored. This does not limit any mandatory statutory remedy.
- To move to a smaller plan (or extend on the same one), purchase it at any time while your current plan is active — it starts automatically when the current term ends, with your full Credit balance carried over (Section 2); until then, your current plan continues unchanged. If you upgrade your current plan, the plan bought in advance starts at the end of the new plan’s term instead.
4. Refund window for subscription purchases (all customers)
As a contractual baseline available to every customer worldwide:
- A refund may be requested only for a subscription purchase, no more than 24 hours after its payment is confirmed, and only if no more than 20% of its first subscription month’s Credit allowance has been spent. Both conditions must be met.
- Where those conditions are met, we refund the full amount charged for the eligible subscription order to the original payment method and immediately and irreversibly close the account. Access ends and Credits and content are removed at once. Any waiting next-plan purchase is cancelled and refunded separately under Section 2.
- The contractual route is the “Refund & close account” action in your account settings. Ordinary account deletion remains a separate no-refund action. Cancelling a plan bought in advance before its term starts also remains separate and does not close your account.
- The 24-hour window applies to an upgrade purchase as well (the plan closed by the upgrade is not restored). A purchase that has itself been closed by an upgrade is not refundable (Section 3).
- Credit-pack purchases are final and non-refundable, except as provided in Section 5 (statutory withdrawal rights) and Section 6 (faulty or misdescribed service).
If either product-policy condition is not met, the “Refund & close account” action is not available. That does not decide or limit whether you have a mandatory statutory remedy. This baseline adds to — and never limits — the statutory rights described below; the statutory routes in Sections 5 and 6 are never conditional on closing your account. Goodwill, duplicate-payment, and closed-account refunds are also separate from this product-policy window.
5. Statutory 14-day withdrawal right (UK / EU / EEA consumers)
This section applies where mandatory consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance purchases — for UK consumers, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you are outside these jurisdictions, see Section 10. Where you validly request immediate supply and applicable law permits a deduction after performance has begun, the refund may be reduced by a proportionate charge for what has already been supplied. If the legally required request or acknowledgment was not obtained, we do not rely on this policy to reduce any mandatory right.
Credit packs (one-time purchases, available to active subscribers). Credits are a prepaid allowance for on-demand generation services. Where you validly request immediate supply and applicable law permits a deduction, a withdrawal before all purchased Credits have been used may be reduced by the value of the Credits already used, calculated at the effective per-Credit price you paid for that pack. Where the law treats the service as fully performed with the required consent and acknowledgment, the withdrawal right may then lapse. This does not affect your rights under Section 6 (faulty or misdescribed service).
Subscriptions. Where this statutory right applies, you may withdraw from a subscription purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. If you validly request immediate performance and applicable law permits a proportionate deduction — access starts at once and your Credit allowance begins accruing from the purchase (the first three days’ portions immediately on non-trial plans; the first displayed portion immediately on a trial) — that deduction is made up of:
- the value of the included Credits you have used; and
- a time-proportionate charge for the access already provided.
Where such a deduction is lawful, unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase, 80% of the subscription price is attributed to the included Credit allowance and 20% to platform access, so the total deduction can never exceed the amount you paid. On annual and other multi-month plans, the Credit-attributed portion is spread evenly across all Credits of the full term (the per-Credit value is 80% of the plan price divided by the total Credits of the full term), and the access charge is proportionate to the elapsed part of the full term. Any lapse of the withdrawal right on full performance applies only where the law’s consent and acknowledgment requirements have been met.
Because our subscriptions never renew automatically, every subscription purchase is a separate distance contract. Where a 14-day withdrawal right applies, it applies to that purchase on the terms above and is not conditional on closing your account. Where the contractual 24-hour full-refund route in Section 4 is more favourable to you than the statutory calculation, you can use it instead.
Refunds under this section are issued within 14 days of your request, to the original payment method. To withdraw, email support@honeydolly.com with your account email and order reference, or use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy.
6. Faulty or misdescribed service
Under the (UK) Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent consumer laws, you are entitled to a remedy if the service is faulty or not as described — for example, you were charged but Credits were not delivered, or a systematic platform failure prevented you from using what you paid for. Report the problem to support@honeydolly.com within 14 days of noticing it so that we can investigate (your statutory rights are not affected).
Our remedy, in order, is: (1) put the problem right — re-run the affected generation, re-deliver, or re-credit your account; (2) only where we cannot do so within a reasonable time, an appropriate price reduction or refund of the affected purchase.
The following are not faults: the aesthetic outcome of a generation that ran as described; a generation declined by content moderation (declined and failed generations do not consume Credits); and temporary interruptions of reasonable duration.
7. Goodwill refunds
Beyond the rights described above, we are under no obligation to refund a delivered, functioning purchase. We may nevertheless, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, issue a goodwill refund; a goodwill refund on one occasion does not create any entitlement on any other occasion. Refunds are made to the original payment method and never exceed the amount actually paid.
8. What is not refundable
- Spent Credits, in all cases; within the statutory withdrawal window a credit-pack refund is limited to the unused portion (Section 5).
- Bonus, promotional, and other free Credits — they are granted free of charge, have no monetary value, and are never refundable.
- Credit-pack purchases, beyond the rights in Sections 4–6.
- Credits of any kind — subscription, pack, bonus, and free alike — and generated content forfeited when your subscription ends or your account is closed or deleted (Section 2).
- Plan changes: an upgrade never produces a monetary refund — the undelivered part of the closed plan is applied as a discount on the new purchase — and the purchase closed by an upgrade is itself not refundable (Section 3). A plan bought in advance and cancelled before its term starts is refunded in full (Section 2).
- Purchases on accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Prohibited Content Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
- Dissatisfaction with the outcome of generations that ran as described, and generations declined by content moderation (Section 6).
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, and nothing in it excludes any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Chargebacks
If you do not recognise a charge or believe it is incorrect, please contact support@honeydolly.com before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve billing complaints within 7 calendar days (see the Complaint Policy). Charges appear on your statement under the descriptor shown at the point of purchase and on your payment receipt.
If a chargeback is filed on a purchase, the associated subscription or Credits are suspended while the dispute is investigated. We may provide the payment provider or bank with relevant transaction and account records as evidence. Accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may be closed and refused future service (see the AML & Anti-Fraud Policy).
10. Consumers outside the UK / EU / EEA
Where your local law does not grant a mandatory withdrawal right, your refund rights are: the 24-hour window for subscription purchases (Section 4), the remedies for a faulty or misdescribed service (Section 6), goodwill refunds at our discretion (Section 7), and any rights that the mandatory law of your place of residence provides. All other purchases are final once delivered.
11. How to request a refund
For the contractual 24-hour refund in Section 4, use the “Refund & close account” action in your account settings. For statutory requests (Sections 5–6), goodwill requests, duplicate or late-payment issues, or whenever you cannot access your account, email support@honeydolly.com from your account email with the date of the charge, the amount, and a short description of the issue. We acknowledge requests within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 calendar days.
