This policy sets out how Marydan Vision LTD (“HoneyDolly”, “we”) keeps minors off https://honeydolly.com and out of its content. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Adults only
The Service is strictly limited to users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). The Service contains AI-generated adult content and is neither directed at nor suitable for minors.
2. Access controls
- Visitors are presented with a clear adults-only notice before entering, and account registration requires affirming that you are 18 or older.
- Providing false information about your age is a material violation of our Terms of Service.
- Where required by applicable law (for example, online-safety and age-assurance legislation), regulation, payment partner requirements, or our internal risk assessments, we apply age verification through a specialised third-party provider — methods may include facial age estimation or government-ID checks performed by that provider. We receive only the resulting “verified 18+” signal; identity documents and biometric data are not transmitted to or retained by us (see the Privacy Policy).
- If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, we suspend the account pending verification.
3. Underage users
If we determine that a person under 18 has created an account, we terminate access immediately, remove the account’s content, and delete associated personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, subject only to limited retention required for legal obligations, safety investigations, abuse prevention, or legal claims. If you believe your child has accessed the Service, contact support@honeydolly.com so we can act immediately.
4. No minors in content — ever
Independently of user age, our Prohibited Content Policy absolutely prohibits any sexual or suggestive depiction of minors, including AI-generated characters who appear to be, or are presented as, under 18, regardless of stated age. Automated screening runs on every prompt and every generated image, human moderators review flags and reports, and violations result in immediate permanent termination. Child sexual abuse material and credible attempts to create it are reported to NCMEC, the IWF, and/or law enforcement.
5. Reporting
Anyone can report suspected underage use or underage-appearing content — no account needed — via support@honeydolly.com. Such reports are prioritised and acted on immediately (see the Complaint Policy).
